Dear Mr. Collins:
It is my understanding that the U. S. Circuit Court
of Appeals is considering on appeal the Korematsu, Hirabayshi,
Yasui and Regan cases and that you have participate/in the
cases as amicus curiae.
I have been making an intensive study of the evacuation
and relocation of Japanese Americans, and I would like very much
to secure copies of the briefs submitted in those cases.
I would appreciate very much whatever you can do for me in this
regard.
