Htya Doc,
Frankly Joc, I'me getting worried about you. I still haven't received an aswer
to the Air Mail letter I sent you some time ago. I sent that letter purposely
so that I could receive andwer pronto because I wa s getting might} lonesome
out here. However, since then I've made good account of my time and energy,
because now I have someone to see every now and then. I'm getting to know
the country around here pretty well as in the course of my duty as errand-boy
and chauffeur I'm touring thecountryside quite a bit. Though my work is
rather easy, I find it rather uninspiring and dull compared to the activities
of the Y and other such groups. The church groups are not what they are to
be excepting with unite "ek groups as Dr. Allan Hunters' group and the
Friends. I've dropped into Dick's ofiice on 715 5. Hope St. but was unable
to see him as he was away at the Asilomar Planning Yom. meeting. The Student
Y is in rather a difficult position as far as the Asilomar vonference is con-
cernes as they camnot get a location for their next meet. I guess you know
this by now. Got any suggestions?
I'm sencing you three dollars to epxer partly cover pey ine off that five dollar
Some oda balance that is due you from that subsidy to the WSSF, I hope it
belpe out---I'a like to give you more but I'm really short at present.
Tell me of your activities to date--I'll bet they're interestin.
I hope to write later so please drop me a note to assure me that you're still
there. I'm worried.
Sincerely your pal,
Zo G_
