Newspaper clipping affixed to back of photograph is a section of an undated UPI story. It reads: "Salt Lake City, June 21. (UPI) - Richard Lee Stuart is a muscular young man who likes to hit home runs. And his desire to do only that has made him one of the most controversial players in minor league baseball. The ability to hit with power and an uneven temperament have been Dick Stuart trademarks since he broke into organized baseball with Modesto, Cal. in 1951."
