toilet articles, extra clothing and

essential effects. Families must

carry sufficient knives, forks,

spoons, plates and bowls for each

member.

The size and number of pack-

`ages is limited to that which can

be carried by the individual or

family group. All items must be

securely packaged, tied and

plainly marked with the name of

the owner, numbered in accord-

ance to official instruction.

All contraband material, such |

as cameras, binoculars and fire-.
